3 things you need to know when you are using SSM online system

Search result from SSM Online system is not complete or comprehensive. Some name search may show there is no one using the name as no result is shown. However, no result does not mean no one is using it, it could be some other reasons the name has not been displayed.

a. Old (Former) name will not be displayed

CIMB Bank Berhad (Formerly known as Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad)
Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad will not be shown in search result since this was former name of CIMB Bank Berhad. This is applicable to all other companies who had former names.

b. Some names will not be shown in search results

“Resort World Sdn Bhd” will not be shown in search result when we search “World”; or
“Public Relation World Sdn Bhd” will not be shown in search result if we search “Relation World”; or
“Garden World Sdn Bhd” will not be shown when we search “World Garden”.

The result only shows those companies started with the “keywords” that you entered!

c. Accuracy on names may affect the search results

Search on “Hoppy World” shown NO Companies.
Search on “Happy World” will show “Happy World Wonderland Sdn Bhd” in the System.

Any difference in keyword entered will affect the search results from SSM system!

Salam.. saya ingin minta maklumbalas dari pihak tuan..
tarikh SSM saya telah tamat tempoh dalam 6 bulan yang lepas ( 5 julai 2011 )
soalan saya, bagaimana dengan status pendaftaran SSM dan berapa jumlah yang akan dikenakan ( jika ada )
maklumbalas dengan secepat mungkin dari pihak tuan amat dihargai

  Hi fz, denda bagi lewat pembaharuan adalah RM10 sebulan, jikalau lewat selama 6 bulan, denda dijangka sebanyak RM60. (Denda dari SSM adalah matlamat)
  
  Jikalau tidak membaharui dalam satu tahun, pendaftaran tersebut akan dibatalkan dan tidak dapat dibaharui lagi.

Hi, my husband and I have Sdn. Bhd company. However we didn’t pay our secretary fees for past four years since we did very little with the company. Here few questions I like to know an answer
1. How much a minimum fees we can request from our company secretary? Basically they did nothing at all for past 4 years – not even a single letter we request from them.
2. How much we minimum fees for AGM, AR and the rest of the things which we need to sort out in order to keep using the company name?

  Yes, you can do so by calling SSM for their advices as some of our clients have done so.

  Hi Hisham, biasanya syarikat tidak akan menghadapi apa-apa masalah untuk daftar dengan KWSP atau Perkeso, asalkan semua dokumen telah disiap-sediakan oleh pihak syarikat.
