Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is looking into a proposal to make a second payment of the 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M).
“I am considering it,” he said when addressing more than 30,000 people at the “Promises Fulfilled” tour at the Kulim Hi-Tech Park, here.
Najib said BRIM was one of the promises made by the Barisan Nasional government to reduce the financial burden of the people. A sum of RM500 was paid to every household earning less than RM3,000 a month, as provided for under Budget 2012, with the government spending more than RM2bil to distribute the payment to 4.7 million households.
Najib said the government was one which could guarantee important matters for the people, such as peace, stability and harmony.
“Today, I see many people gathered here, but the police are happy. They are not worried; there’s no necessity to use the shield.
“Over there (in Kuala Lumpur), they caused chaos and attacked the police (in reference to the Bersih 3.0 rally on April 28).
“Can we rely on them (the opposition) to take care of the country?” he said.
He said Malaysia had the capacity to achieve a good growth rate and for its civil servants to enjoy salary increases owing to an efficient BN government administration. – Bernama

Dear Prime Minister, good day to you. I would like to suggest if
you could suggest some good plan for single parents. What about
some single parents are not able to work due to some health problems.
What is going to happen to their children. I am a single mum as well
i know how hard and difficult for me to meet ends. I hope you consider
about this.
Thank you so much.
Regards.
Shreen.
