Displaying at Physical Locations:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Your company needs to show its registered name and number at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Your registered office<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Every place where you conduct business<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Any location where your books are kept<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Sharing in Business Documents and Online:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    You should also include your registered name and number in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Business letters, notices, and other official publications (even in digital formats)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Your website and social media accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bills of exchange, promissory notes, endorsements, and order forms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cheques signed on behalf of the company<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Orders, invoices, payment requests, receipts, and letters of credit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • All other business correspondence, including payment vouchers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      If your company name changes, make sure to display the old name below the new one for at least 12 months from the date of the change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
