(Selangor - Damansara Utama (Uptown) - Petaling Jaya)<\/strong><\/pre>\n
(Remuneration package: RM3,000-RM4,000 above, depends on experiences) <\/strong><\/pre>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
    \n
  1. Organising, preparing agendas for, and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs)<\/li>\n
  2. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries<\/li>\n
  3. Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders<\/li>\n
  4. Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and advising members of the legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of proposed policies<\/li>\n
  5. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action<\/li>\n
  6. Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
      \n
    1. Partial or ICSA qualification and a member of MAICSA or a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Secretarial \/ Law or its equivalent. If the latter, must be licensed by SSM.<\/li>\n
    2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Company Secretarial Firms<\/li>\n
    3. Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Utama (Uptown),Petaling Jaya<\/li>\n
    4. Possess leadership qualities and able to lead and guide subordinates.<\/li>\n
    5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n
    6. Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
