There are three (3) types of companies that can be incorporated under the CA namely:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A company limited by shares;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A company limited by guarantee; or<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">An unlimited company.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As at 28th February 2009, there are 839,853 local companies incorporated.
